WebMay 18, 2024 · The D6000 docks are Display Link USB devices and are not nearly as functional as the WD19TB devices. If you don't have Thunderbolt enabled machines though, I still find the WD19 more reliable and functional (especially for dual monitors) than the D6000. I second Richard-Bruce's suggestion of rebooting the docks. WebThe WD19TB/WD19TBS fully supports the Precision 5540. The USB dock itself is supported natively by Windows 10 and only the Ethernet NIC and the USB Audio controller for the legacy 3.5mm audio jacks of the WD19TB are the only drivers. (If you don't use the 3.5mm jacks, the USB audio driver is not needed.
