WebI would recommend that you use Zinsser's "sanding sealer" product rather than the product they call "shellac". Both are just plain old shellac. Zinsser's sanding sealer is a "2 pound cut" whereas their actual "shellac" product is a 3 pound cut, which means the sanding sealer is already diluted with respect to the other by a pretty big degree.
